Pair this succulent meat with rice, tortillas, or whatever you please. So much flavor exudes this dish, it’s hard to believe you pulled it out of a crockpot!

1 T chili powder

2 t ground cumin

2 t dried oregano

2 t salt

1 t ground black pepper

4 lb pork shoulder

4 cloves garlic, peeled

2 onions quartered

2 oranges, juiced

2 limes, juiced

In a small bowl, whisk together chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper. Use this mixture to rub on pork loin thoroughly on all sides. Place garlic, onions, orange juice, lime juice, and seasoned pork loin into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 hours. Remove the pork from the slow cooker, shred with forks and return to the slow cooker. Season with more salt and pepper to taste and cook for another half hour, covered.
