Chicken Noodle Soup

With Autumn officially arriving and the temperatures dropping lower, we have some go-to recipes that certainly warm our hearts.  Do you have any of those foods that you just start craving as soon as the temperatures get a little cooler?  One of those meals for us is Sarah’s Chicken ‘n Noodles.  The trio of celery, carrots, and onion mixed with The Great American Spice Company’s delicious egg noodles just warm your insides and makes your heart happy!  Try this homemade chicken and noodles recipe today.



Melt butter in bottom of large saucepan on low to medium heat. Sautee carrots, celery, and onion until softened. Pour in chicken, noodles and then chicken stock over the top. Simmer with lid for 30 minutes or until noodles cooked to your liking. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with mashed potatoes and/or homemade rolls and enjoy! This meal is perfect for the beginner cook but will stay with you as one of those traditional fall/winter dishes.
