Low & Slow BBQ Chicken

FullSizeRender (10)Want an easy meat to make to enjoy several ways? This slow cooker shredded chicken is the perfect thing to eat right away or freeze for later! Try it in a bun, wrap, on a salad, plain with vegetables, and more!







  • 1 pound frozen boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins (I buy a big bag at Costco.)
  • 1 c ketchup
  • 2 T Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 T brown sugar
  • 1 T chili powder
  • 1.5 t hot sauce
  • 1.5 t curry powder


  • Create sauce by whisking together all ingredients above (except chicken) in a mixing bowl
  • Place chicken in slow cooker and top with sauce.
  • Cover and cook on low setting for 8 hours.
  • Break up chicken with sturdy spoon in slow cooker.
